Dispatcher

Dispatcher is a sealed class which provides services for managing the queue of work items for a thread. The Dispatcher maintains a prioritized queue of work items for a specific thread.

If a Dispatcher is shut down, it cannot be restarted. It is mainly used for implementing the multi threading in WPF application.
